Chung Chinman
Certified Investment Manager
Mr. Chung has more than 20 years of experience as a M&A and Private Equity advisor with a lot of focus on cross-border transactions in semiconductor, automotive and renewable energy sectors.
He has also served as a board member of a number of growth companies or conglomerates in these focus industries, in which capacity he advised or supervised the establishment and operation of cross-border joint ventures combining Korean companies and foreign entities.
He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in law from Paris I Universtiy and speaks more than 6 languages fluently, including English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Korean and Japanese, which gives him in-depth cross-cultural insight necessary for cross-border deal making.
Wui Jungwook
Certified Investment Manager
Mr. Wui has served as a CFO or a board member of a number of listed and growth companies in charge of investment, financial control and planning and business analysis in telecommunication, electronics and entertainment industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finished master’s degree course in accounting from Korea University. He currently serves on the board of directors of Airrane, a KOSDAQ-listed company.
